EY project considered the office of the year at the Prémios do Imobiliário

In the VI edition of the Expresso and SIC Notícias Real Estate Awards, Vector Mais received, through our CEO Duarte Aires, together with Margarida Ordaz Caldeira from Broadway Malyan, the 1st prize for the EY project in the Interior Architecture - Offices category. This recognition is the culmination of incredible work that resulted in a unique and inspiring workspace.

Installed in one of Lisbon's most emblematic office buildings, which has WELL and LEED Gold certifications, the consultancy's new headquarters was built by Vector Mais with a project by Broadway Malyan. Occupying more than 6.000m², the office is divided into four floors and can accommodate around 2.000 company employees.

As an office of the future, the project assumes environmental sustainability, innovation, technology, and efficiency as its principal axes. Taking the city of Lisbon and its neighborhoods as inspiration, Vector Mais carefully materialized the space to reflect the Broadway Malyan project. This design responded to the organization's need, one of the 'big four' consultancy firms, to offer a unique environment that balances life and work.
