Area — 6.000m²
Location — Lisbon
Installed in one of the most emblematic office buildings in Lisbon, which has WELL and LEED Gold certifications, the new headquarters of this consultancy firm was built by Vector Mais using a design by Broadway Malyan. With over 6,000 m², the office is divided into four floors and accommodates around 2,000 company employees.
As an office of the future, the project assumes environmental sustainability, innovation, technology, and efficiency as its principal axes. Taking inspiration from the city of Lisbon and its neighborhoods, the space was carefully materialized by Vector Mais to reflect the Broadway Malyan project, which responded to the organization's need, one of the 'big four,' to offer a unique environment that allowed a balance between life and work.
The project highlights the diversity of built spaces that encourage creativity and informal meetings between employees and quickly adapt to a working day's demands. Applying highly durable materials with a timeless appearance, such as cork and Burel, increases the office's sustainability and comfort level. The carpentry, supplied by BAMER Portugal, also played an important role in personalizing the project, highlighting the 'bandstands', original meeting spaces spread across the open space.

“Vector Mais shows concern for the project beyond the technical and construction components. The team always considers the designer’s conceptual intention and ensures that technical solutions adapt to the objectives. There is always a team spirit and a global approach to each situation, thus bringing the best results to the project”.
What was the client's brief, and how did you translate it into the project?
Broadway Malyan created an innovative interior architecture concept to assist the client in implementing New Ways of Working. The objective was to design a range of workspaces, from the most traditional to the most informal, that would make employees' day-to-day experience inviting and welcoming.
