In the last episode of Imagens de Marca, the new Cofidis HQ, materialized by Vector Mais, was featured in the program broadcasted by SIC Notícias. In an innovative and dynamic space, carefully built over two years, it marks a new stage in the company's life and organizational change.

Inovation in Interior Fit-Out

With 22 years of activity, Vector Mais is one of Portugal’s leading companies in fit-out of office and hotel interiors and real estate asset rehabilitation.

Vector Mais was responsible for providing soft seating in the project for the new Ageas headquarters in Lisbon. One of the most used solutions on the different floors of the building was Hay's About a Lounge Chair (AAL).

Although the hybrid model dominates the design of modern offices at the moment, the operative chair remains essential in any work environment. Developed by Antonio Citterio and Vitra's engineering department over several years, the ID chair has been one of the most iconic and comfortable office chairs since its launch in 2010.

Cork is a typical Portuguese material, and designer Jasper Morrison has transformed it into one of Vitra's most appealing and original collections: the Cork Family. Comprising five different stools, the collection has been used in several Vector Mais projects, such as the Novo Nordisk office.

Furniture is increasingly vital in offices, and lounge areas are one of the main focuses of Vector Mais' attention when designing a turnkey project. The Dapper armchair was used in different spaces in Novo Nordisk's office due to its comfort and compact dimensions. Designed by Doshi Levien for Hay, the Dapper lounge chair represents the design duo’s distinctive fusion of industrial design, fine craftsmanship and technology.

Following the strategy of valuing its human resources, Vector Mais promoted three employees to the position of associates, now joining the company's strategic council. "This is a recognition of the dedication and professionalism of these employees. People are an essential pillar in the development of our activity. Marta Cabral, Susana Mendes and Ricardo Castro have been essential for us. With their integration into the strategic council, they will be able to participate in the action and plans for the future of Vector Mais. It is important to open up the company's management to more people. The plurality of opinions enriches decision-making and makes Vector Mais stronger", says Duarte Aires, CEO of Vector Mais, a company he co-founded in 2000 with Sandro Marques.

In modern offices' training and collaboration rooms, versatility is the keyword. Designed by the ITO Design studio, the Travel table by Forma 5 has been a solution used in several Vector Mais projects due to its simplicity and versatility. Travel's castors and practical tabletop folding system make it easy to store it, move it to another space, or rearrange a set of tables.

In recent years, the home environment has increasingly entered the office, which is reflected in the choice of furniture and the attention given to lounge and social areas. The Silhouette by Hay is an excellent example of a sofa that fits perfectly into an office while still maintaining the comfort and inviting look of a domestic piece.

Today we celebrate International Women's Day because we believe in equal opportunities for all and because women are essential in the daily life of our company. Present in all Vector Mais' departments, from finance and commercial teams to project management, women are a tremendous asset to the company because of their competence, dedication, and for bringing new vision to our sector. We also celebrate the women we deal with daily in our activity, whether through customers, partners, suppliers or designers of the pieces we supply in our projects.

Versatility is essential in every modern office, and height-adjustable tables play a significant role in this field. Pedrali's Arki table is an excellent solution for meeting rooms or work areas. In the Novo Nordisk project, Vector Mais supplied this table with the Babila stools for a collaboration area where users meet informally to work as a team.
