Vector Mais Obtains Class 9 Public Works License

As we welcome 2025, we proudly announce that Vector Mais has upgraded its license to the highest qualification level, Class 9. This allows us to undertake both public and private projects exceeding €19.000.000. This achievement is particularly significant as it highlights not only Vector Mais's technical and financial capabilities but also our expertise in office and hotel interior construction and the rehabilitation of real estate assets.

The Class 9 license, the highest issued by IMPIC, requires companies to maintain a highly qualified technical team. This includes at least 12 senior project managers with over 10 years of experience, a technical director specializing in mechanics, and another in electrotechnics. Additionally, companies must meet stringent equity financial ratios.
