The Amoebe lounge chair is one of the most iconic pieces designed by Verner Panton. Created for his famous Visiona installation, which took place at the Cologne Furniture Fair in 1970, the Vitra armchair expresses the exuberant spirit of this era with its flowing, sculptural silhouette. Its extreme comfort, made possible by the flexible back and generous filling, made it ideal for home and office environments.

In the Devexperts office expansion project in Porto, Amoebe was used in lounge areas, providing the perfect environment to make a phone call, work informally or for a collaboration session with the support of surrounding Pattio's poufs. Following the project's colour palette, Amoebe can be found in blue in the office's central space and green in a room dedicated to collaboration and reading.
