Since its creation in 1958, the Aluminum chair by Vitra has been a regular presence in the best workspaces. Created by Charles & Ray Eames, the chair is one of the most iconic pieces signed by the designer duo due to its elegant silhouette, ergonomic shape and quality materials. This collection of chairs perfectly illustrates some of the essential characteristics of Eames' work: their constructive intelligence, their deep understanding of the properties and possibilities of each material, their conception of design adapted to industrial production and their ability to use a simple shape to a large extent of applications with a minimum of variations. Through its unique design, it is possible to distribute the user's weight across the leather or fabric seat, an element placed under tension in the solid aluminium structure, guaranteeing great comfort.

Supplied by Vector Mais, the EA119 Aluminum chair was the ideal choice for the boardroom in the new Ageas headquarters. In a timeless space dominated by a long table with a wooden top and lacquered base, the chair elevated the atmosphere with its black leather seat and chromed aluminium structure.
