Located in a central area of Lisbon, the Andrade Corvo 42 building was fully rehabilitated by Vector Mais for GNB Real Estate. Recovering a structure with visible levels of wear and tear, Vector Mais has profoundly transformed the building, preparing it to receive its new tenant, an IT company. The intervention focused on the façade, replacing all the window frames, cleaning the stones and painting the fire escapes. On the inside, the work consisted of rehabilitating the ceilings, corridors and garages, an area that was particularly degraded.
The tenant's office fit-out involved adapting the building's seven floors to the IT company's needs, creating areas for work, collaboration, concentration and socialization. The work environments made the most of the internal configuration of the spaces, standing out for the exposed ceilings, the abundance of natural light and the use of colour.
